Our Care
As a specialized assisted living environment, all Autumn Leaves’
professional staff, nursing personnel, and caregivers are specially
trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care. Our on-going
education and training allows us to provide the latest and highest
quality of care to meet the unique needs of our residents.
Our all-inclusive, monthly flat rate provides a comprehensive list of services to our residents:

Licensed nurse on-site 40 hours a week and on-call 24 hours a day.

24 hour staff specifically trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care.

Emergency call response system in each bedroom and bath.

Administration, storage, and reordering of all medications – with outcome monitoring.

Regular health monitoring and customized plan based on diet, physical ability, medical need and personal preferences.

Assistance with daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility).

Daily housekeeping, including laundry (personal and linens). Each
resident has their individual laundry washed separately – no bulk
washing.

24-hour security with monitored exterior doors.
